T.R.A.P. - Threat Response Action Plan
Minnesota
The world feels different now—and the statistics confirm it. Violent crime has spiked. Carjackings are surging. Mass shootings dominate headlines. The uncertainty isn’t just in your head; it’s in the streets, the parking lots, the places you used to move through without a second thought. Societal anxiety is at an all-time high, and for good reason. Most people are living in a constant state of low-grade fear because they have no training, no confidence, and no clear plan for how to identify threats before they escalate, avoid dangerous situations altogether, or manage the overwhelming surge of emotions when fear spikes and seconds matter most.
Here’s the hard truth: when danger finds you unprepared, your body will freeze, your mind will blank, and your options will collapse. Without conditioning, without practice, without a plan—you’re hoping luck will save you. And hope is not a strategy.
T.R.A.P. (Threat Response Action Plan) is your answer. Built on the principle that “it is easier to stay out of a problem than get out of one,” this class teaches you to Look Up—to recognize threats before they reach you, to move with awareness instead of fear, and to respond with clarity when chaos erupts. You’ll develop the mindset, principles, and tactics that replace panic with preparedness. You’ll stop living in fear and start living ready. Because the best fight is the one you never have to have.
